Officer Forms:
At the foot of this page, you will see 2 attached documents: one for the updated President's Work Sheet, the other an updated Secretary's Work Sheet. Here's how to print them from home:
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and find the file you'd like to print.
- Click "Download" for that file.
- A box will pop up on your screen, asking if you'd like to open or save the file. You can click OPEN the file and print from the open copy, or SAVE a copy (recommended) to your computer, then OPEN once it is saved.
- Once the file is saved to your computer, you can view it and print as needed.
- The file is 2 pages long, but it will not print on one page from your printer. You can make double-sided copies at any copy machine using the pages you have printed from home.
