Jo Clyde shares that the comitium meeting at St. Henry on Sunday, July 10th, will be in the room next to the old chapel at 2 p.m. The door to that building will be unlocked so you can get in.  It is the door that has the big statue of St. Joseph just outside. Our Blessed Mother will be waiting for you! Hope to see you all there!

Don't forget to bring your report for the Senatus on the topic of "Back to Basics through study of the handbook!"

How is the Handbook studied by the legionaries?  In the praesidium meetings?  Individually?  What methods are used?  When and how is it done?  How often?  Is the Handbook studied again and again?  Do we turn to the Handbook for answers when questions or concerns come up in our work or in the meeting?

The Spiritual Reading, the Allocutio and Handbook discussion/study in the meeting are means of obtaining a greater knowledge and appreciation for the Handbook.

The allocutio (Handbook page 114 #11) and study of the handbook (page 198 and page 200, second paragraph) - "The apostolic ideas of the Handbook are means of obtaining a greater knowledge and appreciation for the Handbook."
